- MS MR - Fantasy
Results day is swiftly approaching us and to (kind of) coincide with the exams playlist I made a few months ago, I threw together a results day one. Enjoy and good luck to anyone getting their results!
Today I thought I’d be productive and so I made another back for my iPhone. I felt like it took me a lot longer than it should have - you know when you put an album on with the intention of doing something and then it finishes and you feel like you’ve accomplished nothing? Yeah, that, twice. Two and a half spins of Splashh’s Comfort later and I arrived at this. My favourite Girls lyric from the track “Summertime” teamed with a slice of New York City skyline. Although I have to admit I’m missing my previous phone back already.
Making summer playlists is fun. Especially when the vast majority of your music library is compiled of tracks people often describe as “summery.” That or something water related.
I also just turned my handwriting into a typeface and am getting used to seeing things that I’ve written, but not actually written. (The downside being it’s obviously not joined writing)
I just noticed a typo that’s obviously meant to say The Horrors
You know those songs that kind of make you feel sad and like you want to throw up even though they might not necessarily be sad songs? Yeah, those. I decided to throw a select few of my favourites into an order that vaguely resembles a flowing playlist. Enjoy.
Update: I’m going all 21st century and I’ve put this up on 8tracks
Anonymous asked: who you dye your badges/patches/buttons? please tell me
sorry could you rephrase that I don’t really understand the question
I am fully aware of how incredibly awful I am at updating this blog, despite being on holiday for an entire month now and essentially being bored for the duration. But hopefully that will change. But probably not. Here is a relatively valid attempt at resurrecting this blog, which I originally intended for things like this. I thought I would make use of some of the badges I’ve acquired recently. Making badges seems to be one of the few productive things I’ve done this summer so far.
Anonymous asked: where'd u get that sticky back plastic thingg?
you can get it from most craft places like Hobbycraft (where mine is from) or stationery shops :-)
weexcelinthesun asked: Hello! What'd you use to write "Drowners" on your DIY shirt? Thanks x
a black fabric pen :-)
you know those badges you may or may not have lying around that you don’t wear or don’t like anymore? I certainly do. It seems a bit of a waste when you could upcycle them into something you’ll actually wear instead.
